Cupid's Arrow

Happy Saturday all! Wanted to get a quick post off before heading out to work today.  Today's project features another background created with Ken Oliver Colorburst, this time combined with Tim Holtz layering stencils.

Overtop of this gorgeous Colorburst background, I used the Tim Holtz Heartstruck layering stencil with Picket Fence Distress Spray stain.

The cupid silhouette was cut from Simon Says Stamp Black card stock and stamped with the Tim Holtz Ledger stamp in Hero Arts Unicorn White pigment ink for some added interest.

The heart was cut from corrugated card  and colored with Distress Spray stain -love the texture here! I also splattered a bit of the Picket Fence Distress Stain onto the heart !

Both cut outs are from Tim's Lovestruck Bigz die.

I added an Idea-ology arrow and some chit chat stickers for the sentiment.
I hope you have enjoyed my Valentine series over the past few weeks! I will be entering this project into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge and the Funkie Junkie Boutique Frilly and Funky Challenge!

Here's a look at all three of my inky projects from this week!
